WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Write engaging and informative copy for company blogs, articles, press releases, website content, market email communications and marketing collateral, while maintaining and strengthening HHHunt's brand
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team and business areas to align content with HHHunt's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries and comments related to written content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and copywriting.

REQUIREMENTS

• A high school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience/education in marketing or public relations copywriting is required; or a four-year college degree in English, communication, marketing, or related field and two years of experience/education in marketing or public relations copywriting is required.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms such as Google Docs, Grammarly, MailChimp and Wrike is a plus.
• Ability to analyze content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and best practices.
• Willingness to accommodate after-hours work as needed for project deadlines and public relations pieces.
• Strong written, verbal and proof-reading communication skills with a creative mindset.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to understand and integrate keyword research into applicable copywriting assignments.
• Collaborative approach in working towards common marketing goals.
• Results-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to project management.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on marketing objectives.
