Marketing Data Analyst

San Diego, CA

Your tasks:

As a key member of the Miltenyi Biotec Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to provide analytics and CRM database and application administration to support sales, marketing, and sales services. The unique duties of this position will allow you to function as the Data Analyst and CRM key user to maintain database integrity, customer account and contact workflows. Additionally, you will perform unit integration and acceptance testing with the global team, provide input to specifications for systems and conduct training sessions for expanding data analytics and CRM knowledge throughout the organization that will enable the continuous improvement of the customer experience at Miltenyi Biotec.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Life Sciences and 3-5 years of experience with Data Analytics and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Highly preferred: Knowledge of customer account data management and CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python (or comparable tools).
• Strong analytical skills highly necessary.
