Job Description

• Collaborate closely with marketing and data management team to ensure quality and accuracy of catalog data.
• Support catalog production process owner in realizing overall catalog production digitization
• Research features and attributes of vehicles in the US, Canada and Mexico.
• Creating and maintaining accurate vehicle information
• Sourcing, validating and updating vehicle population data
• Calculating market coverage and identifying application gaps
• Gathering, validating and maintaining product application information from internal and external sources
• Lead data management quality review process including KPI reporting
• Ensure all relevant associates trained including cross functions and ensured process is followed at all times.
• Lead VitAA Administrator (Bosch product life cycle management platform) for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket North America, and ensure FAQs and helpful tips are provided
• Utilize entrepreneurial spirit to recommend and implement solutions for process improvement and efficiency.
• Manage department processes and prepare for audits
• Lead cross-functional team(s) by providing functional support and guidance to implement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, automotive technology or management
• 3-7 years of experience in related field
• Advanced Scrum and/or Agile Methodology background
• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products 
• Excellent analytical skills - Analytics software experience; Power BI preferred.
• Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently and able to deliver results with minimal direction
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and platform communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• A self-starter, highly motivated and capable of working in a dynamic environment
