What does a great Marketing Data Analyst Team Lead do at Fiserv?
As a Marketing Data Analyst Team Lead at Fiserv, you will lead a team of analysts specializing in marketing data analytics for Digital Payments Solutions Marketing programs. Your role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing campaign analytics, providing expertise and guidance on Digital Payments Solutions campaigns, and serving as a subject matter expert in data and analytics within the Marketing Analytics team. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of marketing consultants and financial institution partners to drive impactful campaigns that generate revenue.

What you will do:

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts with varying levels of experience.
• Refine analytics processes and methodologies in collaboration with the Consumer Analytics director.
• Obtain access to data sources and tools, establish tracking and reporting mechanisms.
• Drive successful marketing campaigns through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Manage project priorities, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with Marketing Consultants/Consumer Marketing.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making and revenue growth opportunities.

What You Will Need To Have:

• Demonstrated experience in leading analytics teams.
• Track record of managing data-focused marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of team lead/management experience.

What Would Be Great To Have:

• Master’s degree in information technology, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and statistical analysis tools.
• Previous experience in business intelligence or similar roles.
