Summary of Role:

As a Marketing Data & Research Specialist at AdCellerant, you will gather and analyze data to help drive marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. You will work closely with the marketing team to provide insights and recommendations based on research and data analysis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis and market research and possess excellent communication skills to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.


Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization. 
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis. This includes gathering data from surveys, focus groups, and other primary and secondary sources.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop dashboards to track and visualize KPIs and campaign performance. Communicate results to stakeholders through regular reporting.
  • Assist with executing A/B testing campaigns to identify and optimize messaging, audience targeting, and ad creative variables.
  • Ensure data hygiene and quality control by monitoring data sources, validating data accuracy, and identifying data gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
  • Other duties as needed

Location Information:
  • This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO HQ, with hybrid work from home flexibility.

  • Remote team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.

Compensation:

The compensation range is $55,000 -$60,000, including salary and bonuses.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, data analysis, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and other data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical analysis.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on data hygiene and quality control.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as search engine marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • A team and solo player. You need to be self-motivated and willing to collaborate with the rest of the marketing team on specific projects.

  • Experience with Tableau or other similar tools is a plus.
