Marketing Design Intern - Spring 2023

Summary:

At MyFitnessPal, our vision is to be the global catalyst for every “body” to achieve their healthy. We believe fitness starts with what you eat. We provide the tools and resources to reach your fitness goals. At MyFitnessPal, you’ll have the opportunity to spend 10 hours a week for 12-16 weeks with our Marketing Team and work on projects that directly impact our product and users. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Supporting the designers and project manager with tasks that help in the creation of social media, banners, emails; photo search, editing and sorting
• Be mentored by an experienced teammate through the internship and advance in your career goals
• Connect, learn and hear from Marketing leaders and executives at MyFitnessPal

Qualifications to be successful in this role: 

• Be a current, full-time college student with at least one academic term remaining following an internship at MyFitnessPal. The following students are generally eligible:
• Undergraduate students graduating between May 2023 and May 2024 (jr and sr)
• MFA students in the 1st and 2nd year of their program
• Passion for creative storytelling, consumer behavior, emerging trends in social marketing
• Balanced left- and right-brain marketer, with exceptional problem solving and analytical skills 
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, display comfort working in cross functional settings
• Results-oriented and willing to roll up your sleeves
• Convey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling problems and are able to see other points of view
• Reliable access to the internet and comfortable in a remote working environment
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
