Job Description

As a Marketing Designer at Hopp, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand is perceived. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, and other teams to deliver innovative visual communications and design solutions that are aligned with our business goals. In your day-to-day, you'll:

• Design and optimize visually engaging landing pages that drive conversions and align with Hopp's brand identity

• Create and deliver assets for various marketing campaigns, including ads, email templates, social media graphics, and banners

• Develop and maintain the Hopp brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and elevating its recognition and appeal

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand goals, and strategize effective visual communication approaches

• Design high-quality, on-brand digital assets for web, mobile, and other platforms

• Create marketing presentation templates that are aligned with our brand language

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a professional design environment, with experience creating assets for a variety of digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and web

• Excellent branding and visual language creating skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe CC, and other design tools

• Excellent communicator and a team player

• Curious, self-motivated, eager to learn and an out-of-the-box, conceptual thinker

• Great attention to detail, with an ability to work under tight deadlines

• Strong spoken and written English

• Experience with illustration and animation – an advantage
