The Marketing Designer will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing designs for marketing assets, including: whitepapers, videos, email campaigns, webpages, webinars, and social media. To do this, you’ll need to build extensive knowledge about our product and empathy for our customers. You’ll bring your expertise to creative brainstorming sessions and drive collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Support to develop compelling materials that help financial advisors deliver better retirements to retirement savers around the country.
The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, impeccable taste, and proven experience revising their work to meet the needs of many stakeholders. - Collateral Design: Collaborate with product marketing and copywriters to create impactful marketing materials. Update existing layouts for one-sheets and brochures to match brand design.
- Web Design: Help keep our website content and digital campaigns fresh and relevant. Collaborate with our Director, Web Marketing on new pages, blogs, emails, and customer case studies.
- Product Marketing Support: Contribute to product design by providing recommendations to the product team based in UI best practices and design principles.
- Brand Ownership: Become an expert on our brand guidelines and ensure they are closely adhered to. Help grow our brand identity by developing templates, designing icons, and curating images.
- Project Management: Stay on top of deadlines and balance multiple projects while ensuring files are kept updated with current revisions across multiple platforms.
- Building Expertise: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to keep your finger on the pulse of our industry, develop a deep product understanding, and hone stakeholder perspectives.
- 4+ years of B2B visual design experience, fintech a major plus
- Highly developed design skills, exemplified in your portfolio
- Expert at soliciting, embracing, and incorporating feedback on your work
- Proficient in contemporary design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva) and methods
- Fluent in brand, marketing, and design principles and best practice
- Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 annually
