Job Description
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Design Lead to execute design strategies that effectively communicate key messages and resonate with the target audience.
- Lead the design process for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to digital ads, website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, and presentations.
- Create engaging and visually appealing designs that enhance the company's brand perception and drive engagement with our target audience.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, product management, and sales, to support their design needs and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers and freelancers to ensure the delivery of high-quality design work that meets deadlines and budget constraints.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design assets, templates, and style guides to streamline the design process and maintain brand consistency.
- Manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation processes to generate innovative design concepts and campaign ideas.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a marketing design role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design principles, typography, layout, and color theory, showcased through a comprehensive portfolio.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
- A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of branding and marketing principles, coupled with a passion for innovation and creativity.
