Marketing Development Specialist

Innovation for Automation is looking for a full time Marketing Development Specialist located at 3529 Patterson Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49548. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, identify market opportunities, and create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Please note, we require a pre-employment drug-screening, and a background check at time of offer. With first shift hours, Monday – Friday.
Ideal experience range is two to five years in a Marketing related field.
Our Marketing Specialists Typically:

• Possess 2-5 years of related work Experience
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Demonstrate Proven Experience in Marketing Development, Lead Generation, or a Similar Role
• Exhibit Strong Analytical Skills with the Ability to Interpret Data and make Data-Driven Decisions
• Showcase Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Familiarity with various Marketing Tools and Platforms (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media management tools)
• Is a Creative Thinker with a Passion for Staying Updated on Industry Trends
• Can Thrive in a Fast-Paced, Collaborative Environment

Essential Functions:

• Market Research: Conduct in-Depth Market Analysis to Identify Trends, Opportunities, and Competitive Landscapes
• Campaign Development: Create and Execute Innovative Marketing Campaigns to Generate Leads and Drive Brand Awareness
• Content Creation: Develop Engaging and Relevant Content for Various Marketing Channels, including Blog Posts, Social Media, and Email Campaigns
• Lead Generation: Implement Effective Lead Generation Strategies to expand our Customer Base
• Collaboration: Work Closely with the Sales Team to Align Marketing Efforts with Sales Goals and Objectives
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, Analyze, and Report on the Performance of Marketing Campaigns, Providing Insights and Recommendations for Optimization
