Job Description

The Marketing & Digital Content Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and managing marketing campaigns and digital content that drive user engagement and promote Data Intensity's brand, products, and services. The position requires experience in planning and executing events (virtual and in-person), email, search and social advertising campaigns, lead generation programs, SEO and content marketing initiatives, as well as administering Content Management Systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms. The Marketing & Digital Content Manager will play a critical role on the Marketing team and will report to the Sr. Director, Marketing and Business Development.

Together with:

  • Develop and execute lead generation and digital marketing programs related to events, email, social media, PPC, PR, inbound marketing, and display advertising.
  • Work collaboratively across teams (marketing, product, sales, business development, etc.) to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and create content relvant to the customer journey.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to manage SEO and content marketing intiatives to improve SEO/SEM results.
  • Manage all aspects of social media: platform management, content creation, maintain social content calendar, and coordinate paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Track the performance of campaigns and evaluate results and metrics to make recommendations for improved future campaign performance, website traffic, and prospect engagement.
  • Continually research, identify, and test the latest trends, technologies, and digital lead generation channels to improve targeting and lead acquisition.
  • Accurately maintain program budgets and campaign spend.
  • Help manage, update, and maintain the Data Intensity website.

In combination with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field desired.
  • Ability to create compelling messages for different target personas.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms including platform management, content creation, and building online communities.
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Wordpress (or similar CMS), marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Pardot, or similar), and CRM tools (salesforce.com).
  • Experience with content marketing and graphics software: Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Wordpress, etc.
  • Team player with a sense of humor and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated, with project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and digital marketing technologies.
  • Experience in cloud, managed services, or similar information technology fields a plus.
  • Experience with short form video creation and editing a plus.
  • Ability/willingness to travel: approximately 10%.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a B2B marketing, digital marketing, or digital advertising position.
