Wintrust is looking to hire an experienced and innovative Digital Designer responsible for designing and coding high-quality digital campaign assets. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Content and IT teams, particularly leadership, to identify how to best develop digital content our target groups we want to monetize. The ideal candidate will collaborate across functions to deliver a unique digital design strategy that meets our business objectives in the most efficient and competitive manner.

What You'll Do

• Create and innovate digital design for a range of projects, including: email, landing pages, digital advertising media, social media graphics (static and animated), and more. Work from a creative brief with the assistance of Marketing leads to concept digital campaigns and then design optimal performance.

• Design and hand code eye-catching email layouts that lead to higher levels of engagement and increased click-through rates, as well as sales growth where possible.

• Listen to design needs, come up with ideas and communicate them to leadership and other members of the team. Collaborate with cross-function Creative team to cultivate innovative solutions, improve design processes, encourage a cohesive working culture and turn around projects more efficiently.

• Research up-to-date and emerging technologies and developments in the design field and implement them when appropriate.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related experience

• Associates Degree or equivalent

• Expert-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, Media Encoder, Bridge, After Effects, XD, Lightroom), Sketch, InVision, Figma, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Litmus, Email on Acid, Microsoft Office, Cyberduck, Sourcetree, Slack, MS Teams, email automation platforms (Adobe Campaign Classic, Active Campaign, Total Expert), and project management tools (Workfront, Jira, Trello).
