Job Summary

The Marketing Director will work directly with the Route Consultant leadership to manage brand strategy, market impact, marketing spend, as well as all aspects from conception to production to implementation. Our Director will be able to work at the 50,000 foot level as well as have a passion and drive for getting into the weeds and doing whatever is needed to ensure the marketing deliverables get across the finish line successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and envision new marketing campaigns; focusing closely on advancing the growing brands
  • Create, edit, and oversee content including Blogs, Videos, Podcasts, E-courses, Brochures, Flyers, Signage, and Web-based media
  • Collaborate with a resource pool of writers, designers, and content experts 
  • Execute and report on outbound marketing campaigns including but not limited to: Search Engine Optimization of our website and online materials; Paid Campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other media 
  • Social Media with spotlight focus on YouTube 
  • Event Marketing to support attendance targets and brand presentation 
  • Print marketing including our product decks, learning guides, and informational brochures 

Knowledge / Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5+ years relevant experience preferred
  • Top-notch writing and editing skills
  • Current technology and application knowledge
  • Expertise in: Google Ads, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Squarespace, Wordpress, YouTube Studio, Canva, Facebook Advertising 
  • Team Management

About Patton Logistics + Route Consultant

Headquartered in Brentwood, TN, our organization consists of financial, recruiting, and transportation entities as well as a brokerage consulting services organization specializing in connecting new and experienced FedEx Ground route owners

Additional Information

  • The ideal candidate understands the nature of our business is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed
  • This position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included
  • PTO is flexible once training is complete and performance expectations are being met
