Marketing Director

The Marketing Director will lead Centria’s content vision, oversee complex projects from start to finish, and ensure the seamless execution of the company’s strategic plans. At Centria Autism, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional
Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy to autistic children, truly making a difference in their lives. We understand that every touch point matters, and that extends to the content we share and the stories we tell. The Marketing Director should have a passion for content, strategy, and project management.

Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, flawless execution of tasks, a timely, positive customer service experience for team members, and a high level of compliance. Success also includes meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics.

$90K to $100K plus annual bonus opportunity

1. Content Strategy and Development: Create and manage a multi-platform content strategy, integrating social media, video, long-form content, and PR.
2. Project Management: Oversee all content-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and consistent quality.
3. Social Media Mastery: Leverage platforms to extend our reach, foster community, and articulate our brand's voice.
4. SEO Expertise: Implement and refine SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and effectiveness.
5. Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, transforming a single content request into a comprehensive, actionable strategy.
6. Trend Tracking: Stay abreast of the latest in healthcare, content marketing, and digital innovations.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on content and project performance metrics.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field of study.

• 7-10 years of expertise in content marketing, strategy, and project management.
• Hands-on experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of Search Engine Optimization.
• A background in healthcare is a significant plus.

• Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
• Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)

• Ability to follow written instructions
• Ability to use computers and computer/software programs
• Ability to communicate expressively and receptively

• Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM. This role will follow a hybrid in-office/at-home schedule.
• Additional time or occasional shift in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.
• This role will require travel (5%).

While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
