SiliconExpert is a high-growth B2B SaaS business providing risk management and supply chain intelligence solutions to some of the most well-known brands in the world. Our global customer base - which spans automotive, consumer electronics, healthcare, aerospace & defense and many other industries - utilizes SiliconExpert data, software and intelligence to design their products, optimize their supply chain and solve for disruptions. Initially started as a database of components to assist with obsolescence management, SiliconExpert has evolved into a cutting-edge intelligence provider leveraging AI to offer customers a full platform that is at the core of the components industry.
If located within Colorado, this position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) based in Centennial CO and 2 days from home. If located outside of Colorado, then the position will be remote.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Work closely with the General Manager and the leadership team to lead marketing strategy in a global, fast-paced high-growth B2B SaaS environment with both enterprise marketing and demand gen facets
  • Build a world-class marketing function and execute a comprehensive and data-driven marketing strategy including digital marketing, content, customer marketing, brand, events and social media along with messaging, positioning, and thought leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation programs to target and attract new customers; collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and contribute to revenue growth
  • Become an expert on the industry, the relevant customer personas, the company's solution, and the competitive landscape to enable the sales team with targeted content and lead nurturing to accelerate enterprise sales cycles and increase win rates
  • Build and elevate customer stories to resonate with our target audience, demonstrate the real-world impact of our solutions, and reinforce SiliconExpert's value proposition
  • Lead an initial core team of professionals to implement the marketing strategy while expanding the team to the full capability required for the future; scope the full organization and talent mix, set the hiring plan, recruit the best
  • Develop a culture of continuous learning and improvement and be a strong coach who is able to mentor, train and develop marketing talent
  • Own budget, metrics and foster an understanding of our efforts through great internal reporting and sharing of results in leadership meetings; implement data-driven decision-making by reviewing and improving reporting sets for marketing function
  • Develop and drive customer marketing programs and strategic Account Based Marketing campaigns to enable upsell/cross-sell, renewals, and customer success (i.e. adoption) as well as target and acquire new customers
  • Take a global view towards marketing - continue to drive results in NAM and increase focus on EMEA and APAC along with enabling expansion in Latin America
  • Manage the marketing funnel from start to finish, with the ability to drive excellence and optimization at each stage
  • Evaluate and optimize our content-driven SEO strategy
  • Own strategy and execution of partner and affiliate-based marketing programs
  • Supervise the design and development of company & partner marketing and sales materials
  • Oversee the relationships with outside PR and advertising agencies and identify necessary external vendors and resources to complement internal activities

What We Are Looking For:
  • 10-15 years of relevant SaaS B2B Marketing experience, including providing strategic leadership while remaining hands-on and operationally involved in marketing initiatives
  • Our growth strategy includes a combination of direct sales (both enterprise and SME), product-led-growth and expanded partnerships; the candidate should come with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and executing complex, end-to-end marketing strategies across these growth pathways
  • Expertise in orchestrating and continuously optimizing high-impact lead gen campaigns across various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content, customer, brand, events and social media that deliver results (including measurable performance in MQLs and pipeline for sales)
  • Demonstrated success significantly scaling a company's marketing operations, driving substantial revenue growth
  • Proven experience building brand awareness and establishing a category and category leadership
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating evolving internal priorities, market trends, industry shifts and start-up challenges
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and track performance to generate results and not just activities
  • Hands-on with B2B marketing technology; comfortable leveraging platforms and tools used for automation, tracking and optimization including hubspot and salesforce
  • Proven experience in building, leading and motivating high-performing marketing teams
  • Has closely collaborated with Sales teams, contributed to sales enablement efforts, and can quantify the pipeline generated through marketing efforts
  • Brings experience in Partner and Channel Marketing, demonstrating an understanding of collaborative marketing strategies
  • Experience owning marketing budget and related planning processes

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$150,900.00 - $200,090.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
