WHAT WE DO 

At Ageless Men’s Health we focus on safe and medically managed testosterone replacement therapy, weight management, skin care and concierge medicine to help our patients improve their overall health and wellness.

With 80 clinics nationwide and a growing patient base, Ageless Men’s Health is in a period of exponential growth. We are expanding in all facets of business and looking for a “shirt-sleeve” Marketing Director to oversee and improve marketing activities for Ageless and its affiliates. This position will be based out of our north Scottsdale headquarters location. 

JOB SUMMARY 

As a Marketing Director with Ageless Men’s Health, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute marketing efforts for the company, initiating new projects, as well as managing campaigns and vendor relationships. The Marketing Director will manage the Ageless Men’s Health brand and image to ensure we remain competitive in the marketplace.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS: 

• 5 years of direct experience in Marketing roles, preferably with progressive growth and responsibility 
• A deep understanding and interest in marketing strategy and techniques
• Experience in building marketing campaigns and coordinating multichannel marketing efforts 
• Skillset for Project / Vendor management 
• Copywriting and design skills to produce marketing materials for print and online
• A strong background knowledge of pay-per-click advertising, required
• Ability and experience with launching new platforms (like Reddit)
• Experience in sales funnel design and implementation 
• Experience in marketing for multi-state, direct-to-consumer businesses. Healthcare marketing experience preferred. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Oversee and improve all current marketing activities 
• Develop and execute new marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and improve KPI’s
• Multi-state, multi-site and multi-channel management of marketing campaigns and efforts 
• Vetting and management of new and existing vendor relationships for advertising, including email/SMS and social media
• Copywriting and design of marketing materials for print and online 
• Develop and manage a cost-conscious budget for marketing initiatives 
• Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies and best practices to ensure Ageless remains competitive in the marketplace

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Work Type: In-Person, Hybrid (1 day at home + 4 days in office)

Pay: $100,000 annual salary
