About the Role As Director, you will oversee the strategic direction, growth, and day-to-day management of Lumeo Marketing. You’ll lead a dynamic team of creatives, strategists, and digital experts while working closely with executive leadership across multiple business entities. This is a unique opportunity to shape a marketing agency from the inside out—with creativity, autonomy, and purpose. Responsibilities • Set and execute strategic goals that align with the overall mission of Lumeo and its affiliated brands • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals in content, design, digital media, SEO, branding, and outreach • Oversee agency operations, project pipelines, campaign execution, and performance metrics • Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders in healthcare, wellness, and aesthetics to identify marketing needs and opportunities • Manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and resource allocation • Ensure brand consistency, quality control, and results-driven marketing outcomes across all initiatives Qualifications • Proven leadership experience in a marketing agency or in-house marketing leadership role • Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management • Experience building and scaling teams and systems from the ground up • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills • Familiarity with the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus • Minimum Bachelors degree in related fields.
