Job Title: Marketing Director – Skilled Nursing Facility
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenMarketing Directorto lead patient acquisition efforts for our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will focus on building relationships with hospitals, VA healthcare systems, and other referral sources to attract both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care patients. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare referral landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Referral Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and VA representatives.
• Act as the primary liaison to educate referral sources about the facility’s services, capabilities, and patient outcomes.
• Patient Acquisition:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract short-term rehabilitation and long-term care patients.
• Identify new referral opportunities and create targeted campaigns to generate leads.
• Monitor and analyze referral patterns to optimize outreach efforts.
• Community Engagement:
• Represent the facility at networking events, health fairs, and professional conferences.
• Build connections with community organizations and support groups that can provide potential referrals.
• Marketing Strategy & Execution:
• Design and execute marketing plans that align with the facility’s goals and market needs.
• Create promotional materials, presentations, and digital content to support marketing efforts.
• Data Tracking and Reporting:
• Maintain a database of referral contacts and track referral activities.
• Provide regular reports on referral trends, outreach effectiveness, and marketing ROI to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within a skilled nursing or long-term care environment.
• Established network of contacts within hospitals, VA healthcare systems, and other referral sources is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
