We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented marketing leader to drive global marketing initiatives for service and repair offerings. This role oversees a cross-functional marketing function, partnering with business units, sales, service operations, and finance to ensure strategies align with commercial objectives. You will lead a team of regional marketers, define go-to-market approaches, optimize pricing, and enhance the positioning of service offerings. By leveraging customer insights and data-driven strategies, you will shape transformational growth, strengthen brand consistency, and support field teams in delivering superior customer experiences. This position offers a high-impact, collaborative environment where innovative thinking and execution excellence directly contribute to business and customer success.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the global Service & Repair marketing function, setting strategy and priorities for growth, go-to-market execution, sales enablement, and brand positioning.
- Manage and develop a team of regional marketers, ensuring strong local execution while maintaining global alignment and consistency.
- Partner across the organization, including business units, sales, service operations, finance, and enterprise teams, to align service strategies with commercial objectives.
- Translate customer insights into compelling value propositions and go-to-market tools that enable field teams to effectively sell and scale service offerings.
- Drive transformational growth by evolving service commercialization, identifying new opportunities, and enhancing customer value.
- Ensure marketing rigor through performance measurement, pipeline visibility, and compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Serve as a steward of the global Service & Repair brand, leading harmonization, launches, and brand messaging initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, commercialization, or business leadership, preferably in medical devices, healthcare services, or other regulated industries; Advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant experience also acceptable.
- Minimum 7 years of managerial experience leading teams and executing marketing strategies in a global or matrixed environment.
- Proven success launching and scaling service-based or recurring-revenue offerings.
- Strong financial acumen, including pricing, margin, and lifetime value considerations.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and partnering effectively with multiple business units.
- Customer-centric mindset, with deep understanding of clinical, operational, and healthcare workflows.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with experience using analytics to guide strategy.
- Exceptional communication, executive storytelling, and change leadership abilities.
- Experience with marketing aftermarket services, service contracts, or operational solutions preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare economics, hospital operations, and value-based care is a plus.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $192,000 to $288,000 per year.
