We are currently seeking a Marketing Event Specialist - Sports (Remote with some travel) to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Are you a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional B2B client experiences in the physical and virtual world? If you also have a love for sports marketing, this role may be for you. The Sports Sponsorships Client Activation Lead is responsible for the design and execution of C-level client hospitality programs leveraging NTT DATA's sports sponsorships. The successful candidate will be energized by weekend travel to support client events, comfortable managing agency partners, engaging with clients and executives, and have strong skills in marketing technologies to manage SDFD campaigns for tracking and reporting, and build and update registration sites and microsites.

Responsibilities might include:

• Primary point of contact for client hospitality engagement and event design with partners including INDYCAR and Arrow McLaren INDYCAR team.
• Effectively and efficiently end-to-end project manage 12+ events per year, this will include development of invitation assets through reporting.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and team members to drive positive results.
• Identify new marketing opportunities for client engagement in sports programs.
• Manage and adhere to marketing budget, vendor and agency relationships and payments.
• Reporting and tracking on program ROI.
• Ability to travel, including weekend travel.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Familiarity with SFDC marketing campaign management and 3rd party microsite tools (Stova/Aventri).
