Marketing Events Coordinator

Boulder, Colorado - (Hybrid in Colorado)

SUMMARY:

• You'll be responsible for the management of corporate trade shows and events.

COMPENSATION - $ 45,000 - 65,000

What you will be doing:

• You'll manage over 40 trade show and tabletop events nationally and internationally.
• You'll handle all details from choosing booth location, registering attendees, ordering all booth items from show vendors, gathering all required marketing and a/v equipment needed, coordinating shipments to and from events, manage onsite set-up and teardown of booth, work booth during show hours at trade shows you will attend, and plan extra events with partners during events.
• You'll work with marketing and sales teams to develop show/events strategies and graphics.
• You'll produce pre-show and post-show marketing emails.
• You'll manage inventory of promotional items, show banners and marketing trade show equipment.
• You'll coordinate internal company events, including annual Sales Kickoff and Spectra TAP event.
• You'll assist with End Users, Channel, and Customer Virtual Events.
• You'll manage the Trade show and Events budget.
• You'll manage the lead upload process for events.

What you need to bring to the table:

• At least 3-5 years marketing events management experience.
• Strong communication skills, including presentation, written, and verbal.
• A proven track record of managing and executing events.
• Strong organizational skills when planning multiple events at a time.
• Ability to work well in teams and cross functionally.

It would be nice if you had:

• College degree - BA preferred.
• Experience in the storage industry.
