Marketing Events Specialist

Primary Objective of Position: Assist Marketing Events Manager with Winnebago motorized and towable active outdoor show efforts, from planning to execution. Act as GNR planning coordinator, also support consumer retail shows and owner community events.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Support GNR internal team members with agency collaboration
• Participate in initial discussions regarding event ideas, themes, and desirable dates as part of the event planning process to meet the event's objective
• Coordinate Winnebago team attendance at owner community events and active outdoor shows to ensure proper coverage
• Collaborate with Community Specialist to support owner community event requests
• Improve the guest experience and increase customer loyalty by creating a level of excitement for Winnebago products
• Assist to engage dealership participation for active outdoor shows and owner community events, as necessary
• Build and distribute pre & post event status reports
• Work closely with Marketing Events Manager to achieve business goals
• Assist in maintaining show and event calendars
• Attend shows and owner community events to support marketing initiatives (Light Travel Required)
• Other duties as assigned based on business need
• Ensure events meet success criteria
• This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations, shows, and events

Education & Experience

• Education level preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Event Marketing
