Marketing Events Specialist
In this role you'll:
- Responsible for managing the NORAM Customer Event Sponsorship program inclusive of collaborating with account managers on our event participation. This includes: securing, completing, and maintaining all event documentation; coordination and management of event participation; shipping materials to the show site; ensuring return of materials and preparing them for distribution to the next event; ROI tracking with account managers and marketing analytics team
- Support global event managers with logistics and implementation of the annual global Marketing Events program strategy in alignment with target growth, retention revenue goals. This includes project planning, securing and maintaining event documentation, distribution of event materials to show site. Responsible for managing relationships with internal stakeholders to meet expectations and goals.
- In collaboration with global event managers, manage branded promotional items by selecting, ordering, maintaining inventory, and coordinating shipment to events identified on global events calendar.
- Lead logistics coordination of hosted global webinar program including scheduling, attendee tracking, technical hosting, and reporting
- Coordination with marketing stakeholders and cross-functional teams to secure documentation, manage submission of relevant materials, and support invoice payment for global Marketing program.
Common accountabilities:
- Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.
- Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
- Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum 1-3 years Event Planning and Project Management skills required
- Have general knowledge of Amadeus fundamentals: history, business, offer, strategy, technology, and organization
- Strong relationship management skills
- English fluent - Additional languages are a plus
- Strong skills in Microsoft office suite
- Salesforce CRM (User); WordPress; Hubspot; Coupa
- Scaled Agile Framework; Pragmatic Marketing;
- Travel- 10 %
