Job Description

The Marketing Executive will develop and support the Brand’s marketing and promotional activities with the aim to drive sell through, traffic and brand awareness both offline & online.

Main Responsibility:

Marketing Excellence

· Assist in developing strategies and tactics to get the word out about the brand and drive qualified traffic to our front door and website

· Assist in managing relationship with external advertising agencies, partners and vendors

· Liaise with principal on marketing campaigns and initiatives

· Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

· Produce valuable and engaging content for social media channel (Facebook, Instagram, and website) to attracts and converts our target groups

· Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, KOLs gain insight and assess against goals.

· Maintain paid marketing and identify site enhancements need to increase traffic & conversion growth

· Manage SEO and set up Google analytic for own online channel

· Manage customer segmentation and database management by using internal & external system to increase sales performance

Collaboration

· Collaborate with Operations team to ensure proper implementation of marketing plan aligned with the Brand’s goal

· Manage the production of materials for media and onsite purposes

· Assist team in developing promotion plans and calendar and executing the plans align with the promotional launch ​​​​​​

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields

· Minimum of 4 years working experience in related job

· Experience in hospitality industries would be an advantage
