About Us
CyberEd Smart is a new development of Cybersecurity Intelligence & Education firm, ISMG, aiming to redefine how cyber risk is managed for organizations while powering the shift towards company-wide security competence.
We're introducing a new Human Risk Management solution designed to help organizations achieve baseline compliance, target training to the employees most in need, & ignite a cultural transformation towards a model of security consciousness by leveraging the following elements:
- Behavioral Science:Â Psychological principles that drive real behavior change.
- Data Integration:Â Analyzing data from many sources for human behavior insights.
- Personalized Engagement:Â Tailoring engagement to individual needs.
We’re able to compliment this service with our proprietary cybersecurity training & education library which includes 897 hours of Cyber-Warrior training designed into 15 separate learning paths, original coursework addressing Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Beginners, along with Regulatory Compliance Requirements for every Federal & European rule book.
Additionally, our platform houses educational lectures given by thought leaders from over 600 global event presentations & a Master Class series of over 30 individual courses taught be well-known industry experts. We also host over 30 industrial certifications & relevant study materials.Â
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing Executive who will be responsible for the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for CyberEd. In this role, you will collaborate on formulating the marketing strategies, laying out the timeline for the execution of these strategies, and deciding on the tools to be used for the implementation of such strategies. You will also be responsible for marketing research, trend evaluation, and identification of opportunities. Executives will also be responsible for maintaining costs as per allocated budgets and achieving the goals targeted from the various campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Interact and exchange results with marketing managers and then communicate the marketing manager’s plans among the team members
- Oversee the efficient production of marketing materials and their timely updates in the allocated channels
- Ensure alignment of customer’s and company’s understanding of marketing campaign
- Preparation of statements, publicity materials, and advertisement campaigns to be released to prospective and existing client
- Evaluation of ongoing campaign’s performances, and effectiveness and analyze the data to know its effectiveness
- Websites and social media content creation, updates, and response
- Execution of marketing plans at the correct timespan
- Conducting market research and laying out the marketing strategies according to opportunities identified from such research
- Developing the brand image and new marketing strategies in order to achieve the goals of the organization.
- Develop marketing reports, company brochures, and other marketing related matters
- Working closely with marketing managers to update them about the day-to-day marketing operations, staff performance, and corresponding results
- Secure relations with partner and media agencies to use their platforms for relevant brand visibility.
- Continuous evaluation of competitor’s strategies and formulations of action plans in correspondence to competitor’s market campaigns
- Ensure costs do not exceed the allocated budget
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields or above 1 year of experience in relevant fields
- Possess relevant skills to communicate messages effectively, be creative and play with the team
- Ability to be flexible, prioritize and change plans continuously in order to meet the changing demands of customers
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms, CRMs, and other analytical tools
- Experience in Marketing, with direct experience in marketing operations and/or working with the marketing center of excellence in the business-to-business environment
- Collaborative interpersonal skills are a must.
- Strong written/oral communication skills
- Time-management skills
