“This role that you are applying for, will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO-UK share their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, however the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services”
This is an exciting time to join the KINTO UK marketing team! As our company continues on its transformation to become a mobility company for the future, we need to ensure we have the right marketing team to support our goals. In this role, you will take a proactive approach in supporting the Marketing Manager to deliver on a wider range of marketing activities to support the wider marketing strategy plan for the company and its business units. A collaborative role, you’ll be working alongside great colleagues across KINTO UK as well as other Toyota entities in both the UK and Europe.
- Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns and activities that meet the business objectives and drive leads
- Development and delivery of the content strategy for the KINTO UK, including website & social media, and liaising with the relevant agencies that support
- Support with the planning and coordination of KINTO internal and external events
- Provide the sales team with sales enablement tools, knowledge and skills to drive growth within their departments. Including the creation of a sales playbooks & content repositories
- Manage, create and deliver the communications calendars for external and internal stakeholders
- Develop clear and concise briefs for approved marketing agencies, including design, web development and promotional materials
- Production, delivery and stock management of POS & marketing materials
- Conduct regular competitor research and provide benchmarking reports
- Attend quarterly sales team meetings
- Act as a brand guardian across the business and other entities
Key Experience & Skills
- Educated to degree level in Marketing, Business or related field, or have 2 years experience in a similar marketing role
- Experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns and customer communications
