GKB Milwaukee Marketing Facilitator
(Milwaukee, WI)
Good Karma Brands is looking for a Marketing Facilitator to join our Milwaukee team. The ideal candidate will have a passion to be the face of our News, Talk, and Sports brands through community engagement. This role has a hand in all marketing initiatives including promotions, events, contests, social media and more. As a Marketing Facilitator, you would be the face of the team engaging with fans in the community, interacting with loyal listeners on social media, and working with all departments to help bring advertising partners goals and initiatives to life.
Daily Tasks of a Marketing Facilitator
- Campaign creation, sales and marketing material creation
- Campaign recap creation (non-signature events)
- Airchecks, video or social clips for partners, deliverables
- Attend and work all signature events
- Creation, design, and printing (when applicable) of onsite signage both printed and digital
- Assistance with event planning and execution needs
- Assist with ad hoc content creation (photo, video, illustrations, static/motion graphics, animations, etc.)
- Manage content distribution and help with all PromoSuite activities
- Promo order entry in v-Creative
- Manage content execution for specific partnerships
- Assist Marketing Manager in campaign execution
- Manage Social Media Revenue Report Calendar and paid social posts across WTMJ and ESPN, share trends and successes with team and partners
- Manage prize closet and inventory
- Populate, compile and share digital metrics dashboard - including podcast, Amperwave and video stats, along with social media metrics
- Serve as backup for overall marketing team as needed
- Other assigned Tasks

Preferred knowledge, skills, and qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop a plus
- Passion to be a part of a team and the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Solution oriented/ problem solver
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Excellent writing skills
- With this career, you are required to hold a valid driver's license
Hours/Salary/Benefits
This is a non-exempt role with a competitive base salary. This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
