Marketing Graphic Designer

Payactiv is seeking a full-time Marketing Graphic Designer based in our Milpitas CA office.

What you will do...

• Create digital and print solutions for our B2B, B2C, and Partner audiences
• Create marketing assets including web pages, emails, fliers, whitepapers, sell sheets, banners, event booth assets, and slide decks
• Help maintain and update the library of design elements, resources, and working files
• Assist in localization efforts by flowing in translations for marketing assets
• Participate in collaborative working sessions and brainstorm
• Participate in feedback and audit activities with design peers

What you need...

• 6+ years working on an in-house marketing design team
• Experience in creating assets for sales enablement efforts
• Experience in creating assets for marketing campaigns
• Experience in web design, wireframing, and experience design
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience in email design
• Knowledge of design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, AI generation
• Knowledge of administration tools: Jira, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom
• Great attention to detail, organized, and able to document processes
• Cross-team collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to create for different audiences while keeping business, product, and marketing goals top of mind
• Knowledge of web tools: WordPress, Elementor, Wistia, Bitly, MoEngage, Pendo
• Motion graphics, animation, and video editing skills
• Knowledge of email builders: MoEngage, Pardot, Hubspot
