Who are we looking for?

We need someone at Giveth to help us grow our user base, both donors and projects. The finest candidate has innovative ideas and effective communication skills to increase value, efficiency, and quality in our organization. They are proactive and able to contribute expertise to successfully communicate with our greater community. To succeed in this role you must be:

• Be numbers driven.

• Have experience with digital marketing (funnels, user growth and acquisition).

• Creative with an experimentation mindset.

• Technical enough to understand the Giveth product and communicate it to new users of different knowledge levels (from NGOs to crypto natives).

• Be able to use web2 digital marketing best practices in a web3 context.

• Have examples of your past work ready for the interview process, preferably Web3 examples.

• Execute your strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand the Giveth products & ecosystem.

• Come up with KPIs and targets for new users, donors and projects.

• Create a clear funnel for desired user actions (new donations and new projects) and track conversion rates for each step.

• Plan a strategy and action plan for acquisition with SEO, content marketing (social media with a focus on inbound), online events (twitter spaces, webinars), lead magnets (acquiring emails), giveaways, influencer marketing, referral marketing, and paid ads experiments.

• Plan a strategy and action plan for funnel conversion with email onboarding campaigns and educational content to increase conversion rates.

• Plan a re-engagement and re-activation strategy for dormant users, donors and projects.

• Create marketing content for each level of awareness around the Giveth product for donors and projects (problem unaware, problem aware, solution unaware, solution aware and Giveth aware).
