Job Description Summary

Responsible for supporting marketing and data analytics projects across including market research, direct marketing, market development, and commercial excellence.

Designed to attract highly talented undergraduate students who want to acquire practical work experience relevant to marketing. Support key projects and/or processes under the management of a BD associate who serves as a coach to aid and assist in the transition into the corporate environment. May participate in various networking events, career development sessions, and team-building activities.

Key Responsibilities in Project Support

• Support processes in marketing campaigns execution and effectiveness reporting.
• Collect, clean and analyze data from various sources and platforms.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools.
• Support key commercial excellence processes within the marketing group.

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint/Excel/Word)
• Basic knowledge of other tools such as SFDC, Power BI, Marketo, VeevaVault, Qualtrics
• Has developed knowledge and skills in marketing and business management; may still be acquiring/expanding higher-level skills.
• Added advantage with demonstrated project management skills.
