About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Marketing Team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a range of marketing functions including demand generation events social and AI Optimization. You’ll work closely with individuals across the marketing team to support key initiatives and contribute to meaningful projects that impact our brand and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Event Research & Coordination Support
Research industry conferences & events relevant to our target audience and present recommendations to marketing leadership.
Maintain an up-to-date event calendar and assist in pre-event and post-event communication and logistics.
Build out event scoring framework leveraging AI tools to be presented at conclusion of internship.
Demand Generation Support
Assist in drafting and editing email nurture campaigns and newsletters.
Monitor engagement metrics analyze trends and share insights with marketing leadership for optimization.
Help monitor account engagement across each region and provide insights to help better personalize outreach to accounts.
Develop personalized virtual agent experiences for ABM campaigns.
Research new ad formats and creative approaches for LinkedIn campaigns by pulling from competitor examples and emerging B2B best practices.
Propose A/B tests and experiments for the demand gen team to run and help monitor performance post-launch to identify what's working.
Team Collaboration & Administrative Tasks
Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Maintain the marketing team’s calendar.
Take notes organize assets and maintain campaign documentation.
Publish an owned piece of content on Uniphore.com and learn about a specific product.
AIO Support
Research competitor prompts to see what they’re ranking for and list out topics and prompts that might be relevant to our offering.
List out Reddit threads that we contribute to and draft short conversational responses to those posts with the blogs provided and collaborate with a Reddit Marketing professional and SEO/AIO Specialist on Upwork.
Social Support
Research competitor social channels with the Social Media Manager and compile a list of findings.
Create a dashboard with the Social Media Manager for social tracking.
Competitive Intelligence
Research competitor messaging campaigns content and go-to-market activity across web press social and events and surface insights to marketing leadership.
Own a bi-weekly internal competitive newsletter distributed to the marketing team highlighting competitor moves partner activity notable campaigns and takeaways it would be helpful to distribute and for the team to be aware of.
Organize a database of competitor findings to be presented at the conclusion of internship.
Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid-remote work environment.

Hiring Range:
The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
In addition to competitive base pay this position also includes the option to enroll in our medical High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) ModernHealth our mental health support provider and will be eligible for our sick time-off plan.
