Role Summary

The Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Marketing Department with a variety of event planning and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and management of corporate events in North America
• Work with external vendors and show organizers as required to fulfil event related planning and execution activities
• Actively manage day to day tasks such as clothing and ticket distribution, catering, reception support etc.
• Attend NA events as required to support the organizing team
• Support the pre and post communication of events to internal audiences including and up to executive level.
• Research and execute event KPI's
• Other duties assigned

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• Enrolled as a full-time student or recently completed college/university level degree in Marketing, Communications, HR or similar subjects
• Junior or Senior level student status preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
