Marketing Intern - Summer

Axio is looking for a motivated marketing intern to play a critical role supporting the team across a variety of exciting marketing initiatives. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in digital marketing within a fast-growing cybersecurity company. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and exposure to multiple facets of marketing—from content and SEO to paid advertising and marketing automation—in a dynamic startup environment.

On a typical day you might:

• Support the go-to-market strategy and execution across various campaigns and projects, including email marketing, paid media, digital marketing.
• Support the editorial process and calendar
• Execute recurring operational tasks needed to deliver marketing campaigns
• Research new ideas, tools, and trends that will support our digital growth
• Build and maintain email lists, operational workflows, and engagement data in our Marketing Automation tool (Hubspot) and Salesforce CRM
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks or projects that arise from the marketing team

About you:

• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail
• Avid learner and able to catch on quickly to new tools and software
• Able to plan, organize, and deliver reliable results on time
• Infectious can-do attitude, eager to learn
• Prior exposure to marketing automation platforms and CRM is a plus
• Strong understanding of digital (SEO/SEM, social, Google AdWords) is a plus

Good to know:

• This is a paid internship, with potential to convert into full time position
• Summer internship goes from 6/7/2021 to 8/13/2021
• You will work remotely. There is a possibility that we will return to the office later in the summer. If you are in the NYC area and comfortable doing so, you may join us in the office then.
