Marketing Intern (Summer 2024)

Please Note: We have offices in Toronto, Palo Alto, and London but embrace being remote-first!

A typical day for a Marketing Intern might include:

• Help in implementing brand guidelines and audit assets across the web for consistency
• Support the marketing team's operations by keeping our documentation and monthly calendars up-to-date and organized
• Create campaign plans in a project management system to optimize marketing workflows
• Assist in coordinating marketing events
• Support with the execution of campaigns and activations including social and email deliverables
• Help review analytics and develop reports related to key marketing objectives
• Assist with the organization and procurement of marketing collateral and swag

You may be a good fit if you are:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with a focus on marketing or events
• An excellent communicator with organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
• A self-starter
• Able to always exercise diplomacy and tact
• Bonus: Proficiency in marketing tools
