Precise is seeking a Marketing Intern who has a passion for Marketing and the IT industry!

This position is hybrid. Location is Rockville, MD. Hours/Time Frame: Full time, approximately 40 hrs per week. Approximately 10 weeks starting from June 5th to August 11th although end date is flexible to extend through August.

About the job

Precise Software Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern to support development and execution of effective marketing campaigns across various channels. As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, production, and execution of marketing materials, including but not limited to graphic design, video illustration, and social media branding. You will work closely with the company leadership to create engaging content that attracts and retains customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the company leadership to develop marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and social media content primarily to support Precise’s 10th year anniversary marketing efforts including social media, customer interaction and event planning
• Create visually compelling designs for various marketing materials such as social media posts, capability statements and white papers, digital ads, and website content
• Develop video content for social media, website, and other marketing channels
• Assist in developing brand guidelines, social media strategies, and marketing campaigns
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer demographics to inform marketing strategies
• Help manage social media accounts, including scheduling and posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer inquiries
• Support company leadership in organizing the 10th year anniversary event and other promotional activities

Qualifications

• Must be either a rising senior or recently graduated from a degree program in communications, marketing, digital production, or a related field
• Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and social media branding strategies
• Excellent writing, communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for marketing and design and a desire to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment in the IT industry.

Pay range $18 -$22.00 per hour based on experience.
