Marketing Internship Summer 2023

About the role: 

As a Marketing Intern, you will be integrated into Enova’s marketing department which owns the brand identity, customer acquisition, and customer engagement efforts for Enova’s portfolio of brands which serve consumer and small business market segments in the US and Brazil. Over a period of 11 weeks, you will learn the fundamentals of marketing, gain valuable hands-on experience, and you will be exposed to the culture of Enova. Interns within the program will be placed on one of our Marketing teams specializing in Consumer marketing and Small Business marketing. 

Additionally, as a member of the Enova internship program, you will have the benefit of networking with other interns and full-time team members across the company through in-person or virtual team outings, lunches, and events.

This internship will begin in June 2023 and wrap up in August 2023. This role is hybrid and eligible candidates must be able to work in the Chicago office 3 days per week.

• Expected graduation date between December 2023 - June 2024
• Working toward an undergraduate or master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High energy, team player, creative thinker, and strategic influencer.
• Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze data in order to identify trends, solve problems, and make informed recommendations.

Enova’s marketing teams unite digital and traditional marketers, direct marketing specialists and advertising pros who strive to craft a cohesive marketing strategy for each of our financial products. Our marketers develop a deep understanding of our target customers and leverage those insights to influence our overall marketing strategy. They integrate marketing strategies between traditional marketing, SEM, e-mail, direct mail, lead generation and affiliate marketing to pave the way of our products directly to our customers.
