Overview

DTEN is seeking a talented marketer to execute lead gen effort and channel marketing strategy to support the growth of B2B sales. Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities for Marketing Lead at DTEN
  • Develop, drive and implement channel marketing activities to drive brand awareness, increase channel sales and foster stronger relationships with key channel partners
  • The marketing manager must align sales goals with cost-effective, high-impact joint marketing activities to achieve maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Develop DTEN promotional kits for channel partners to utilize across owned media, reseller websites and promotions
  • Support, plan and execute partner live/virtual events, email and direct marketing campaigns
  • Maintain online product data feeds (1WorldSync, AV-iQ, CDW, INSIGHT, B&H etc.) and ensure accuracy of online listings of 3rd party resellers
  • Manage reseller certification and channel education programs
  • Maintain partner portal with content updates, push notifications and partner calendar
  • Manage and track performance of Market Development Funds (MDF) with regular updates to show ROI
  • Provide market conditions updates, best practices, suggestions and ideas to enhance future activities
  • Own demand generation strategies, leveraging Linkedin, email marketing, and ABM campaigns to deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and brand awareness.
  • Optimize lead funnels with detailed measurement, reporting, and iteration to achieve target conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure high-quality MQLs and alignment with revenue goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, channel marketing experience preferred
  • Detail oriented self-starter and deadline-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Successfully communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels of management, extended teams, and partners
  • Flexible team player that thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Hands-on experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
  • Proficiency with the following software/tools:
  • Salesforce CRM, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Marketing automation tools and programs (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce Pardot, etc.)Proficiency with Canva, Asana, Wordpress.com or similar
