WHAT'S THE MARKETING LEADERSHIP INTERN PROGRAM?

Nationwide's Marketing Leadership Intern Program (MLIP) gives you a preview of our Marketing Leadership Rotation functions within marketing including advertising, brand management, insight and analytics, communications, strategy and innovation. As an intern, you'll receive high-impact, high-profile assignments and be regarded as a full-time associate.

You'll also receive access to many of the elements that make the intern program an outstanding opportunity, including the following:

• Marketing assignments: Assignments will provide opportunities to gain a deep understanding of marketing as well as the customers, products, business models, strategies and people at Nationwide.
• Developmental training: Training is provided from day one and reinforced throughout the duration of the program.
• Coaching and feedback: You will receive coaching and feedback at the end of each assignment.
• Professional and social networking: You will have unparalleled access to key leaders at Nationwide and networking opportunities across the organization.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We're looking for students who can show they have what it takes to become a future marketing leader at Nationwide. Preference is for candidates pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing Solid academic achievement (minimum of 3.2 GPA preferred). Relevant professional experience. Ability to think strategically and creatively. Demonstrated leadership and a desire to create value for Nationwide. A strong commitment to learning and teamwork
