Job Summary
The Marketing Manager drives action, consistency, and clarity throughout customer focused, financial marketing experiences. This role is key in connecting and building customer and stakeholder engagement, driving financial education concepts connected to our products and services into the marketplace in innovative and relevant ways, enabling OneAmerica to grow and build new customer and partner relationships. This role defines measurable goals that align to desired business outcomes and KPIs, identifies audience touchpoints, develops marketing plans and collaborates with a cross-functional team to execute marketing experiences.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and execute the creation, recommendation, and implementation of marketing programs and campaigns.
- Responsible for building relationships with [key players within the LOBs and effectively communicating with stakeholders] on small work, projects and large-scale programs and initiatives.
- Responsible for creating and leading outcome-driven marketing strategies at the project or program level with clearly defined goals, personas, touchpoints, tactical plans for marketing experiences and KPIs and data analysis associated with each goal. Proactively identifies business and marketplace opportunities.
- Assess market landscape, trends, and opportunities, and evaluate priorities within the segment to set a strategic focus for marketing campaigns and engagement opportunities
Job Requirements
Required Education and/or Certifications.
- A. in relevant field or 6 years' experience in [e.g., marketing roles]
Recommended Education and/or Certifications.
- M.A/M.S. is a plus.
Required Work Experience
- 6 years' experience in [e.g., marketing roles]
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Salary Band: 06B
This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
