Role Overview

As our first Marketing Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to define and implement marketing processes, collaborate with external agencies, and establish initiatives that directly impact our growth. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in creating structure and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish marketing foundations: Build and implement scalable marketing processes and strategies in a previously unstructured environment.
• Collaborate & delegate: Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and impactful campaigns.
• Lead marketing initiatives: Drive campaigns, content, and lead-generation efforts aligned with sales objectives.

• Experience setting up marketing processes in organizations.
• Agency collaboration: Demonstrated experience working with external agencies to outsource creative work, manage campaigns, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Sales alignment: Ability to work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and improve customer experience.
• Content creation: Craft compelling content and curate relevant information for various platforms.
• Client-centric mindset: Strong understanding of customer needs and industry trends to develop relevant, impactful strategies.
