Summary: As Lockwood continues a period of massive growth and investment, we are building out the Strategic Services division with a Marketing Manager who is responsible for the internal and external marketing of the agency. Lockwood is looking for someone to build, support, and optimize our marketing operations. This position, reporting directly to the Chief Business Development & Marketing Officer, will own the entirety of our print and digital marketing efforts

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with experience successfully conceptualizing and implementing strategic marketing plans and executing campaigns. We are seeking individuals with strong communications skills who are highly organized, adept at multitasking/prioritizing, and have the ability and willingness to motivate others.

In this role, the Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of company marketing strategy and digital promotion projects from inception to completion, including but not limited to, social media, campaigns, press releases, newsletters and awards.


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current offerings and approach to determine best practices and areas for growth
  • Develop a clear and measurable marketing plan for the organization
  • Implement multi-channel internal and external marketing and communications plans
    • Regularly analyze and report on campaign metrics and offer action plans based on the analysis of the metrics
    • Generate new ideas for marketing the organization internally and externally, consistent with the Lockwood brand
    • Refresh marketing plan on an annual basis
    • Manage company website
  • Establish and maintain a strong knowledge of industry organizations, competitors, and communications channels
  • Schedule and conduct start-up, interim, and final team meetings for each project, establish and maintain time and events schedules, and provide ongoing updates to leadership on each initiative to ensure successful management and completion
  • Own the detail of daily work on each project
  • Adhere to all Lockwood Group policies and standard operating procedures


Education: A bachelor’s degree is required.


Professional Skills & Experience: 

  • Minimum 3+ years experience of relevant marketing experience in healthcare communications environment is required.
  • Digital marketing experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • This position requires high energy, self-motivation, and attention to detail
  • Must be highly analytical, organized, and have the ability to multi-task, plan and execute a variety of projects concurrently and think/work quickly and efficiently
  • Candidate must have the ability to grasp and retain scientific information, along with a strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.

 

This position can be performed remotely in all but the following locations: Colorado, New York City, San Francisco County, CA.
