Location can be Hayward CA or Orange Country CA

• Oversee the creation of marketing content for Predicine's Infectious Disease business including product brochures, slide presentations, Predicine branding for onsite Covid testing locations, digital content, and public relations materials.
• Employing an integrated approach that combines digital, content, event, and social media to boost marketing efforts.
• Crafting training for marketing programs and product launches that are in your scope.
• Partnering up with the sales team and marketing operations teams to capture feedback, gather metrics and improve campaigns, marketing material, return on investment and enhance programs.
• Prioritizing and coordinating timelines to meet objectives on time.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team and Leadership to ensure the necessary and appropriate marketing resources are made available to help promote Predicine's COVID-19 testing capabilities in the community.
• Conduct regular market analysis and research to keep our Business Development and Leadership teams up to date on the latest developments related to the coronavirus and COVID-19 testing needs in the community.
• Ensure the branding and messaging of the Infectious Disease/COVID-19 team is consistent with the Oncology team and corporate marketing strategies.
• Creating and implementing tactical marketing plans and programs.

Requirements

• You have 5-year proven experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications or Product Management in the Life Sciences industry. Prior experience in growing businesses in mature and emerging markets is a plus.
• You hold a BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or biological science.
• You take pride in being analytical and data driven, you love turning data into action and crafting strategies based on performance insights.
• Finding creative solutions and implementing innovative ways to reach the target audiences is something you excel at.
• Colleagues refer to you as a marketing authority, with broad knowledge in the subject - from digital to traditional, inbound to outbound.
• Your writing skills are outstanding and you have a keen eye for detail.
• You own a valid driver's license and are available to travel, if necessary.
