Job Summary:

EASA is the only low-code application development platform that enables organizations to automate critical business processes which depend on spreadsheets or other modeling tools. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the company's products and services and deliver market-leading initiatives that keep the company fresh and ahead of the competition.

The perfect fit will be a creative, results-oriented marketing leader to help drive the company's overall marketing and brand strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and a skilled leader capable of working on the leadership team and contributing to the direction of the company. As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, foster brand growth, and enhance market presence.

Job Description:

The Day-to-Day: (Essential duties of the position)

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing and branding strategies to increase our dominance in current and potential markets.
  • Perform customer, competitive, and market analysis to identify opportunities for value creation and differentiation.
  • Ensure adoption of marketing operations best practices and monitoring of key metrics. Understand and analyze marketing KPIs, and report on results.
  • Leverage back-to-base marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with customers and engage them in helping establish the future direction of our solutions.
  • Provide marketing thought leadership and act as a strategic marketing partner to other members of the EASA team including providing support and strategic guidance as it relates to the overall achievement of company goals.
  • Oversees brand management for the Company and all products.
  • Creates product marketing plans and executes product launches.
  • Develops collateral materials, including design and production.
  • Oversees electronic marketing efforts, including responsibility for website strategies, design, and tools.
  • Partners with the sales team and other internal departments to improve lead generation, increase conversation, and conduct lifecycle marketing.
  • Responsible for tradeshow branding, planning, and logistics.

  • Experience in all marketing venues, including all digital media and copywriting.
  • Experience in digital and inbound marketing.
  • Experience in automating inbound lead generation and lifecycle nurture within HubSpot.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize information from numerous sources to create innovative strategies.
  • Experience in leading and managing the creative direction of the brand.
  • Ability to quickly learn our product, customer needs, and competitive markets.
  • Experience measuring/ analyzing sales and marketing efforts to evaluate the effect on sales and retention.
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to multi-task are a must.
  • Superior communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals across all organization and client levels.
  • Strong interpersonal, partnership, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.

Education & Experience: (Minimum level of required education and experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business required, graduate degree a plus. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong sense of composition, typography, color, and iconography
  • Extremely detailed-oriented
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Strong proofing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint and Word (template development)
  • Proficiency with the HubSpot Marketing suite
