This role offers the opportunity to shape the marketing presence of a globally recognized luxury brand within the Indian market. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, elevating customer engagement, and delivering impactful 360° marketing activations across media, events, PR, and retail touchpoints. Acting as a key connector between global strategy and local execution, you will ensure consistency of brand identity while adapting campaigns to resonate with regional audiences. The position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners to deliver memorable brand experiences that strengthen customer loyalty and market positioning. This is a high-impact role for a marketing professional passionate about luxury branding and experiential storytelling.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute the local marketing strategy aligned with global brand direction and business objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end marketing activities including media, PR, events, communications, visual merchandising, and partnerships.
  • Plan and implement integrated 360° campaigns supporting product launches, retail activations, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage the annual events calendar including boutique openings, product launches, client experiences, and brand events.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with sales, retail, HQ, and external agencies to deliver cohesive marketing and commercial initiatives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in marketing, including significant exposure to marketing leadership roles.
    • Prior experience in luxury retail marketing, ideally within watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
    • Strong expertise in brand strategy, campaign development, and integrated marketing execution.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer insights.
    • Proven experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
    • Creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful marketing activations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Passion for luxury branding, consumer experience, and high-end retail environments.
