The ideal teammate has experience building, launching and/or transforming brands in oncology at any stage of their life cycle. You know how to navigate complex environments/customers to successfully meet their needs while achieving our goals.

What you will get to do:

• Conference Planning: Collaborate with the appropriate cross function partners to drive the overall Oncology conference strategy, planning and execution including, but not limited to the Predicine footprint (booth, content, messaging, customer engagement, etc.).
• Creating and implementing tactical marketing plans and programs.
• Employing an integrated approach that combines digital, content, event, and social media to boost marketing efforts.
• Crafting training for marketing programs and product launches that are in your scope.
• Partnering up with the sales team and marketing operations teams to capture feedback, gather metrics and improve campaigns, marketing material, return on investment and enhance programs.
• Prioritizing and coordinating timelines to meet objectives on time.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• 3-5 years' experience in marketing, with at least six months directly supporting Oncology.
• You hold a BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or biological science.
• You take pride in being analytical and data driven, you love turning data into action and crafting strategies based on performance insights.
• Finding creative solutions and implementing innovative ways to reach the target audiences is something you excel at.
• Outstanding writing skill and a keen eye for detail.
• You own a valid driver's license and are available to travel, if necessary.
