Job Description:
eMed Screen seeks an experienced Marketing Manager for its Miami Office to execute our B2B marketing strategy and lead various marketing efforts. This role involves managing social media, coordinating with our external marketing agency, overseeing project management, and contributing to creative planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong marketing background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
- Oversee marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director on creative campaigns, content creation, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with the external marketing agency to ensure alignment with brand goals and the effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Create compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing channels, including web, email, and social media.
- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Assist in developing and optimizing strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Plan and execute company events and conferences, managing all aspects effectively.
- Support the integration of new marketing technologies and tools to enhance marketing efforts.
- Develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the production of marketing videos from concept to final edit, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Manage the production process for marketing materials, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or related roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, content creation, and marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software, including Google Suite, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.
