Position Summary:
β€’ Responsible for creating and delivering marketing tactics and advertising campaigns.
β€’ Analyzes customer requirements, develops messaging architecture and competitive positioning, specifies vehicles/projects, secures resources, communicates project development and drives creative development processes.
β€’ Responsible for the development, implementation and analysis of interactive advertising and e-commerce programs and packages.
β€’ Manages the marketing and implementation of programs and analyzes their effectiveness.
β€’ May be responsible for processing and/or scheduling web-based advertising.
β€’ Develops models for vertical markets, campaigns and ad models and conducts research studies.
β€’ Responsible for implementing and driving channel programs.
β€’ Defines and maintains VAR programs and agreements; recruits and develops joint business ventures of VARs and defines and implements VAR marketing, training and support programs.
β€’ Responsible for planning and market research activities designed to increase sales growth and expand market share.
β€’ Develop and implement strategic marketing policies and objectives.
β€’ Evaluate and adjust strategies to respond to changing and/or competitive markets.
β€’ Identifies and maintains relationships with product partners, third-party vendors, etc. Responsible for strategic customer acquisition programs.
β€’ Develops and implements direct mail programs; develops, conducts and maintains consumer marketing and customer profiling practices and directs list management and analysis.
β€’ Develops marketing strategies for new and existing products and services.
β€’ Researches trends and technologies to meet customer needs.
β€’ Works with sales to ensure that sales reps have the necessary collateral and advertising materials.

β€’ Manages large team which would typically consist of both experienced professionals and supervisors/managers.
β€’ Focus on policy and strategy implementation of operational plans.
β€’ Problems faced may be difficult to moderately complex.
β€’ Influences others outside of their own job area regarding policies, processes and procedures.
β€’ Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
β€’ Provide input in defining operation plans and strategies.
β€’ Provides input into strategic decisions that impact functional area.
β€’ Manages subordinate professional staff, may manage lower level associates through Supervisor/Manager.
β€’ Works toward objectives established by upper levels of management.
β€’ Will recommend and implement departmental-specific procedures.
β€’ Assignments are defined in terms of objectives.
β€’ Provides input to strategic decisions that affect functional area of responsibility.
β€’ Objectives for the assigned area defined by upper management.
β€’ Latitude to make decisions to achieve goals.
β€’ Assists executives in defining operational plans and strategies.
β€’ Managers at this level may become involved in day-to-day activities where their acquired expertise and knowledge provide direction to subordinates.
β€’ Uses interpersonal skills to influence customers, suppliers and other comparable level managers.
β€’ A four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
β€’ Minimum of a 4-year degree and 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position-specific experience.
β€’ Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience preferably managing through subordinate managers.
β€’ Mastery over subject area, ability to make significant contributions to the company
