Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Cerritos, CA

Schedule: Hybrid or Full-Time Office

GST is seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and manage GST's marketing strategy, corporate branding, client events, and vendor management. The role has a strong focus on content development, customer acquisition, and business development.

The Marketing Manager is to produce and execute marketing and communications plan activities including marketing admin tasks, events, creating collateral materials, case studies, and digital campaigns. Also, to assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, seminars and other events.

Job Duties & Tasks

• Develop and plan a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes brand, customer acquisition, communication, and content.
• Collaborate with vendors on marketing development funds, co-sponsoring events, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Prepare written materials including marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts.
• Draft design and write content for a variety of materials including, but not limited to brochures, product and sales one-sheets, presentations to sales, events, management, etc.
• Draft creative & informative briefs, blog posts, press releases, and talking points on company/business news.
• Lead events from site visits to invitation to event coordination to post-event surveys.
• Coordinate all tasks relating to marketing event and meetings (i.e. space negotiations, onsite liaison, check-in, cleanup, etc.)
• Keep track of marketing finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting
• Update and maintain company website.
• Perform all other marketing and sales related tasks and job duties

Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Knowledge and experiencing utilizing marketing platforms and social media.
• Expert Computer Proficiency and the latest marketing software.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, customers, and the general public.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
