Job Description:
SiliconExpert, the supply chain intelligence solutions platform of Arrow Electronics, is growing our marketing team with the addition of a marketing manager to lead content strategy. This position will report to the senior marketing manager and work with a cross functional team of creative professionals to develop, coordinate, implement, and measure marketing deliverables/tactics. This individual is joining at a pivotal moment where we are educating the market on the importance of a holistic approach to supply chain management and bringing thought leadership and expertise to the industry.
We're looking for a marketing professional with well balanced experience, but with a stronger skillset in content strategy and writing for growing our lead generation and nurturing initiatives. As well as a critical thinker who wants to be the forefront of innovation for the tech industry.
This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) based in Centennial CO and 2 days from home.
What You'll Do:
- Drive leads to meet the business goals and nurture potential customers through the sales funnel
- Strategize, create, and write engaging and informative content for website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels the business might leverage.
- Maintain an editorial calendar that includes a variety of content (articles, blogs, infographics, newsletters, whitepapers, special reports, and more) to meet lead generation and nurture goals, including but not limited to thought leadership, industry news, product related, solutions-based content
- Strategic development and planning of campaigns that promote SiliconExpert solutions-based platform for Supply Chain, Engineering and Compliance
- Implementation of marketing campaigns using content strategy from ideation to final analysis and refinement
- Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key stakeholders such as vendors, creative artists and across Arrow groups
- Day-to-day support for marketing operations (such as Hubspot, WordPress, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and others)
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
- Streamline and enhance marketing user experience within the business ecosystem
- Be a trusted advisor and develop strong partnerships with all areas of marketing, product marketing, product, sales, engineering, and business operations
- Coordinate/support general marketing initiatives and projects, including but not limited to cross selling programs with other Arrow groups, marketing for strategic business partners of SiliconExpert, and sales enablement initiatives and tools with product marketing managers.
- Document existing processes and suggest improvements to optimize and scale with growing business
- Work with Sr. Marketing Manager and others to understand the bigger brand strategy and business goals, as well as report on results, get direction, and give input.
- Field all one-off marketing operations questions from the marketing team
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing with experience in content strategy, lead generation and nurture campaigns
- Knowledge and experience with Wordpress
- Familiar with Hubspot/Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience with email, vertical based (by industry) and Multi-Channel Marketing
- Knowledge and experience with Lead Process Management and Sales Process
- An appetite for tackling new challenges and solving problems
- Curious, resourceful, and quick to learn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and working cross-functionally and globally
- Creative and artistic eye that leads to strong communication of key messaging
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to adopt the SiliconExpert brand tone and messaging
- Experience in producing smart CTAs according to solution-based messaging, product and visitor lifecycle stage
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing business needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent analytical skills - experience producing, consuming, and acting on analyses

- Experience training users on new functionality you have built out
- Experience working with HTML for email, understands basic coding preferred
- Writing effective prompts for ChatGPT and AI

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$94,800.00 - $104,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
