What You’ll Do:Â
In this role, you will apply your expertise to bring our own brand stories to life across all key marketing channels. Reporting directly into the VP, Marketing & Communications, Tremor International, you will support the global strategy, activation, and ongoing optimization of our marketing initiatives for our core brands, including digital, content, and research projects.
You will partner closely with your communications, creative, events, product marketing, and operations colleagues to ensure that our brand messaging resonates with the right audiences at the right times in the right environments, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing initiatives. Â
Currently our teams are working remotely, however once it is safe to do so this role will be based in the London or New York office.
What will I be doing?
- Devise holistic, premium marketing plans that employ both proven tactics and new, unique approaches to support brand awareness, lead gen, and/or thought leadership objectives
- Align, adapt, and prioritize plans based on the marketing objectives and business goals for Tremor International’s brandsÂ
- Measure full-spectrum KPIs including audience reach, campaign/channel engagement, business outcomes and marketing ROIÂ
- Disseminate key learnings, showcase success stories, and share recommendations for campaign/channel optimization on a regular basis
- Partner closely with Marketing Operations to streamline and refine processes in the spirit of driving greater efficiencies of outputÂ
What will I bring?
- 5+ years leading and supporting, multi-channel marketing programs for dynamic, fast-paced organizationsÂ
- Ad Tech or media agency experience preferred, but not requiredÂ
- Proven track record of executing quality campaigns that deliver against business objectives
- Superior project management & organizational aptitude, with the ability to manage multiple campaign components effectively and efficiently
- Ability to create decks, presentations, budgets, one sheets, etc.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills
- Broad knowledge and experience working across various marketing channels
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the various business groups of the companyÂ
- Experience managing the creation of video assets via third-party video production vendorsÂ
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms & toolsÂ

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $90,000 - $105,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.  Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available will vary depending on the state, start date, and employment type.
